FAQ
Before you buy
No. Each purchase covers a set period. Renew before it ends and the new days start after your current end date, so none are wasted.
Plus is paid once and unlocks the advanced local features for good. Pro is bought a period at a time, includes everything in Plus and adds cloud sync across devices. If you use one computer, Plus is enough.
Cloud sync and the Pro limits stop, but the library, creators and bookmarks on each computer stay. If you bought Plus, you go back to Plus, not to Free.
By credit card. Payment happens on the SHOPLINE Payments page in New Taiwan dollars, and Kinotrail never handles or stores your card number.
As many as you like. Every computer connected to the same account shares one Pro plan and one copy of your cloud data.
Your account page shows your plan and its end date, and lets you manage connected devices.
